Green Fiesta Organic Amaranth is cultivated by a small group of committed, marginal farmers who have been traditional growers.  Amaranth is an annual herb and not a true grain commonly known as Chaulai or Ramdana. The seeds are tiny, lens shaped with a golden to creamy tan color.
